American Telecom Equipment Provider, a large U.S. data communications and telecommunications equipment company, was struggling with delays in order fulfillment caused by uncertainty across its supply chain transactions. With around 35 million B2B transactions per month spanning purchase orders, order quotes, shipping, returns, customer data, and call center operations, the company had limited visibility into transaction status and anomalies, making manual monitoring time-consuming and reactive. Digitate’s ignio™ AIOps was selected to improve transparency across these complex business processes.

Digitate implemented ignio™ AIOps to map end-to-end transaction flows, monitor transaction health across application hops, detect anomalies and root causes, and provide near real-time dashboards for supply chain and IT support teams. The solution integrated data from disparate systems and used log analytics and AI/ML to spot error patterns and trends. As a result, Digitate helped improve productivity by about 50%, detect 1,000+ IT transaction anomalies and 20+ business transaction anomalies per month, and reduce mean time to detect by about 65%, supporting timely equipment delivery and better customer experience.
