Global Automotive Technology Company, a global technology company serving the automotive sector, relied heavily on its IT infrastructure to support manufacturing, design, and back-office operations. Faced with approximately 50,000 monitoring alerts per month, most of them false positives, its command center team struggled with manual alert handling, missed incidents, higher downtime risk, and rising overhead. Digitate’s ignio™ AIOps was brought in to help reduce the alert burden and improve operational resilience.

Digitate deployed ignio™ AIOps to create an IT landscape blueprint, provide a single-pane enterprise view of alerts, suppress false positives, correlate duplicates, and automatically generate and route tickets for genuine incidents. It also resolved some issues autonomously using root-cause analysis and a knowledge library. As a result, Digitate helped suppress 76% of false alerts, resolve 35% of true alerts, reduce MTTR by 95%, and save 18,300 hours of command center effort annually, equivalent to about six FTEs.
