North American Financial Institution, one of the largest banks in the world, faced growing complexity across its modernized payments, fraud detection, feed monitoring, and ATM/POS operations. As transaction volumes increased and data moved through multiple hops and applications, the bank struggled with missing transactions, feed delays, system outages, and slow detection and resolution times, putting SLA compliance, customer experience, and regulatory standing at risk. Digitate’s ignio™ AIOps was introduced to help improve resiliency and visibility across these critical banking processes.

Digitate implemented ignio™ to monitor more than 10 million fraud transactions daily, track 250+ upstream/downstream data feeds and 3,000+ files, and analyze about 6 million ATM/POS transactions per month in real time. The solution provided proactive health checks, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and live alerts via dashboards, email, and ITOM tools, helping the support team quickly identify and resolve issues. Results included a 95% reduction in MTTD errors/anomalies, 100% improvement in detecting missing transactions and SLA breaches, an 83% reduction in MTTR for critical process failures, a 98% improvement in feed issue remediation, and a 97% reduction in MTTD for failed ATM/POS transactions.
