Titan Data Solutions, a specialist distributor for server and storage solutions, sought to expand its cybersecurity services offering for its extensive UK and international reseller network. DigitalXRAID provided its cybersecurity services and expertise, becoming an extension of the Titan team. Following a relaunch of DigitalXRAID's partner programme, the partnership enabled Titan to receive faster quotes and technical responses, offer more advanced solutions, and expand its service offering. As a result, Titan built a mature network with over sixty UK resellers signed to its cybersecurity program and the relationship expanded from project-based work to include potential managed SOC and multi-year contracts.
