How VivaCity was able to provide client assurance with a Cyber Essentials Plus certification

VivaCity, an AI transport data company, needed to renew its Cyber Essentials certification to meet public sector contractual requirements and continue assuring government and council clients that its security standards were in place. The change in certification scope since the previous award meant it needed support to navigate the process successfully, including the Cyber Essentials Plus assessment.

DigitalXRAID delivered its Pass First Time Cyber Essentials Plus service, guiding VivaCity through the self-assessment, testing workstations and mobile assets against the NCSC’s five security controls, and providing remediation advice plus re-testing before the official audit. As a result, VivaCity achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification, formalised its security measures, and gained assurance against around 80% of common online threats, helping strengthen client confidence and support future business relationships.
