Informed Solutions, a digital data and technology consultancy working with a major central government transport client, needed to complete a full IT Health Check under NCSC CHECK requirements for its national GOV.UK digital services. The assessment had to be delivered within challenging timescales as part of a wider digital transformation programme, and Informed Solutions selected DigitalXRAID to help meet the need.

DigitalXRAID delivered an IT Health Check covering seven web applications, multiple APIs, and cloud hosting infrastructure, with both internal and external testing to assess security posture. Working collaboratively on scope and reporting, DigitalXRAID identified vulnerabilities, provided remediation guidance, and completed the work on time with no duplicated effort; the resulting report was approved by the Cabinet Office with no issues or follow-up checks needed.
