A large UK based Gas Company worked with DigitalXRAID to address concerns around physical security breaches, especially tailgating and piggybacking across three main UK sites. The organization needed to verify adherence to its strict no-tailgating policy, which was a contractual obligation for all employees, while also assessing other physical security risks and the effectiveness of its internal escalation process through a red team exercise.

DigitalXRAID conducted a physical Red Team Exercise focused on reconnaissance, access attempts, and policy testing across all three sites. The team successfully demonstrated multiple entry paths and policy gaps, including tailgating into buildings and entering restricted areas with mobile devices, while also identifying opportunities for publicly exposed data. The engagement achieved all objectives, helping the customer better understand policy compliance, strengthen building security, and plan additional training and remediation.
