PayU Replaces JIRA for Enterprise-Class Agile ALM Platform

PayU, a leading online payment service provider, faced limited enterprise visibility and reporting using JIRA, which lacked portfolio management and left executives without clear insight into portfolio progress and priorities. To address this, PayU adopted Digital.ai’s VersionOne Ultimate Edition as their enterprise Agile ALM platform.

Digital.ai implemented VersionOne to provide end-to-end visibility from portfolio epics to development tasks, easy adoption, and built-in enterprise reporting and analytics. As a result, PayU leaders can now track team progress in context of portfolio goals, make better decisions and accelerate delivery; the platform is being rolled out to three global Agile projects with plans for enterprise-wide deployment and replaces a prior JIRA setup that required roughly “fifteen plugins and fifty hours” of development.
