Digital Scientists embedded with the CommuniCare team to build the NeverAlone platform. Starting with a 90-day MVP, the solution evolved into a multi-platform care ecosystem serving eight populations. The results were significant, scaling to 130+ facilities across 7 states and generating a new revenue stream with 15+ external facilities paying SaaS licensing fees. Digital Scientists' partnership also helped secure $2.8M in grant funding and replaced Salesforce with a purpose-built system.
