King’s College London boosts SDQ completion by 61% with Digital Marmalade

The customer, King’s College London, faced a challenge in its Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) where the existing paper-based system for collecting patient-reported outcome measures was inefficient, prone to error, and resulted in low completion rates. They partnered with vendor Digital Marmalade to develop a web-based solution, the myHealthE platform, to automate this process and improve engagement.

Digital Marmalade designed and developed the myHealthE platform to automate questionnaire delivery and provide real-time data visualization for clinicians. The solution significantly improved completion rates, with one measure increasing by 61%, and is now used across 12 NHS Trusts. The platform also won multiple awards for its digital innovation in improving mental healthcare.
