AIB partnered with Digital Marketing Institute to help make digital skills central to the business. As a financial services group with more than 1.8 million customers, AIB needed to create consistency in digital knowledge across a workforce with varied backgrounds so marketers could better serve customers in a digital-first environment.

Digital Marketing Institute provided AIB with an online learning platform and digital marketing training focused on search, social, and analytics. The program helped standardize competency across marketing teams and also attracted staff from customer care and customer experience. AIB said the rollout was seamless, and while no hard numbers were given, the training improved confidence and gave teams the skills to stay agile and adapt to ongoing digital change.
