The company needed a structured training roadmap, clearer learning pathways for different skill levels, and a way to upskill teams across multiple locations through online and onDemand learning.

Digital Marketing Institute mapped the company’s training needs to DMI Foundation, DMI PRO, and selected short courses, then used its Digital Diagnostic to assess skills, recommend training paths, and benchmark results for management. The programs were delivered through the company’s LMS via SCORM, and the result was a new Digital Learning Academy, stronger digital awareness, a digital-first mindset, and a continuous learning culture, with many participants progressing from Essentials to more advanced DMI Pro training.
