The solution was the implementation of Digital Fineprint's product recommendation tool, DFP Convert, into the online customer journey. The tool provided real-time, tailored insurance recommendations using only a company name and postcode, which reduced form-filling time and encouraged upselling. The results included a projected £5 million GWP uplift, a 35% improvement in cross-selling effectiveness, and a 40% reduction in customer acquisition costs through targeted advertising.
