Case Study: Polish National Tourist Office promotes Poland to Irish travellers with Digital Dialog’s AI-first destination marketing

A Digital Dialog Case Study

Polish National Tourist Office reaches nearly 800,000 people in 4 weeks with Digital Dialog

Digital Dialog partnered with the Polish National Tourist Office to promote Gdańsk and Poznań as short-break destinations to Irish travelers. The challenge was to make Poland feel like a realistic and appealing option by balancing broad awareness with audience relevance, connecting direct flight access, Irish travel preferences, and the unique strengths of each city.

Digital Dialog implemented an AI-first strategy, using AI for in-depth research on flights, traveler behavior, and destination strengths to inform planning and messaging. This approach created a targeted campaign across Facebook, Instagram, and Programmatic Native. The campaign reached nearly 800,000 people in four weeks, drove 36% more website visits than projected, and achieved a click-through rate approximately 43% higher than forecast, successfully increasing interest in Poland.
