Gratnells reduces travel and remote planning delays with Digital Artflow’s 3D floor planning solution

Gratnells, a UK-based manufacturer of medical and educational storage solutions, needed an online tool to help their sales team remotely plan 3D room layouts with their products and collaborate on these editable projects with customers. To meet this need, they partnered with vendor Digital Artflow.

Digital Artflow deployed their in-house InnoPlanner 3D floor planning system, customizing it for Gratnells to enable multi-user collaboration and integrate their product catalog. The solution from Digital Artflow provided an effective proof of concept that reduced the need for travel, which was especially impactful during the pandemic, and allowed the company to engage with customers without physical meetings.
