How the Salvation Army Directs Donations to Local Offices

The Salvation Army used Digioh during its Giving Tuesday campaign to ensure online donations reached the correct local offices. The challenge was showing each web visitor a relevant donate button URL tied to their geographic region so gifts would be routed to the appropriate local branch.

Using Digioh’s Dynamic feature, the team populated the Donate button URL based on location data pulled from the page URL (for example, matching “Alma” and inserting the corresponding local donation link). The dynamic editor set target HTML for the button and a fallback, so visitors saw a personalized donate link and their contributions were automatically directed to their local Salvation Army.
