Burrun Dalai Aboriginal Corporation Incorporated launches Healing Pathways with DigiGround and wins 2020 Good Design Award

Burrun Dalai Aboriginal Corporation Incorporated, a government-funded not-for-profit, needed a digital application to manage its Dream Circle program, a therapeutic initiative for Aboriginal children in foster care. They partnered with DigiGround for web application development to create a culturally immersive tool that would track behavioral achievements and provide encouragement.

DigiGround developed the Healing Pathways web application, which allows care teams to log achievements and grant digital stars, visually represented by culturally significant Rainbow Serpents. The solution resulted in a significant social impact, helping children connect with their culture and community. For its innovation, the app won a Good Design Award in the Social Impact category in 2020.
