Allakando, a fast-growing education management startup in Sweden, needed a secure way to share proprietary course materials, recorded lesson videos, and internal tutoring resources as they moved more of their learning online. The company wanted to protect its intellectual property from being freely copied or leaked while still making content easily accessible to students, teachers, and employees. Digify provided the file-sharing and access-control solution they needed.

With Digify, Allakando was able to securely distribute PDFs and other learning materials while restricting downloads, printing, and unauthorized sharing, and adding watermarks and expiry settings for time-limited access. Digify helped the company transition to online learning and support more than 2,000 students each semester, while also enabling regular sharing of company tips and resources with over 6,000 tutors each year.
