After closing a $35m round, Flutterwave uses Digify for information rights management

Flutterwave, the San Francisco and Lagos-based fintech startup, needed a better way to control access to sensitive fundraising documents shared with investors. Their previous solution couldn’t handle all document formats, such as Excel and script data files, and didn’t provide the right mix of download and view-only permissions. Flutterwave turned to Digify for document security and data room management.

With Digify, Flutterwave was able to share a wider variety of file types, set access rights, and extend data room expiry dates when needed. The company used Digify to support its Series B fundraising, helping it close a $35 million round, and later expanded its use across audits, internal communications, corporate governance, and other information management needs. Digify has since become a natural extension of Flutterwave’s everyday workflows.
