DigiFabster implemented an easy-to-set-up online quoting and CRM workflow that iOrthotics embedded on its i3DPS website via an iFrame widget. The solution automated quotes, order intake, status updates, shipping, and payment reconciliation, while also reducing errors and administrative work. According to iOrthotics, DigiFabster saves them about 30 to 60 minutes per order and has helped them scale the business significantly.
