Ramirent puts mobile equipment data in 500+ employee pockets with Digia

Ramirent Finland Oy, a major construction equipment rental company, sought to improve the efficiency of its equipment return and maintenance processes by mobilizing its workforce. To address this challenge, they partnered with vendor Digia to develop a mobile application.

Digia implemented the Raimo mobile app, which is integrated with Ramirent's ERP system and uses NFC tags to allow employees to instantly access equipment data. The solution significantly improved information availability and accuracy, saving a massive amount of time and manual work. For customers, this resulted in faster service, more accurate invoicing, and improved delivery reliability.
