A-lehdet unifies 16 websites on one platform with Digia

The customer, A-lehdet, sought to create a technologically sustainable foundation for its digital media business by consolidating its numerous, separately built online services onto a single, modern platform to reduce expensive and inefficient maintenance. Working with vendor Digia, the project aimed to centralize these services using the Platta platform.

Digia implemented the extensive Platta platform, which is largely based on open source code including React and AWS. This solution migrated all of A-lehdet's online services to a single, coherent entity, making maintenance and development simpler, more secure, and more efficient. The new platform provided the flexibility needed for rapid business ventures and ensured all services remained up-to-date, successfully laying a sustainable technological foundation for A-lehdet's digital business.
