HPS, a multinational provider of payment solutions for banks and financial institutions worldwide, needed a way to retrieve and analyze the electronic transaction data flowing through its systems. Working with DigDash, HPS looked for a flexible BI and dashboarding solution that could be integrated into its PowerCARD suite and support customers requesting better data visibility and reporting.

DigDash Enterprise was integrated as a white-label component into HPS’s PowerCARD-BI module, enabling dashboards, graphs, and KPI monitoring across payment flows, transactions, authorizations, chargebacks, and fraud. The rollout took place over several years and is now used by around 30 customer-facing users, with about 100 more expected after a new bank contract, helping HPS deliver a more complete and accessible analytics service while strengthening its partnership with DigDash.
