The Ministry of Education adopted DigDash Enterprise to complement its iTop-based software suite for monitoring the quality of operating processes. The ministry needed a high-performance reporting and dashboard tool because existing Business Objects dashboards were no longer sufficient, and it wanted reporting to be easier for non-expert users to create and use.

DigDash Enterprise was integrated directly into iTop, giving users embedded reporting, drill-down analysis, exports, scheduled emails, and personalized filters without leaving the application. The ministry reports much better-quality work, strong user satisfaction, and improved adoption of iTop, with 80 DigDash users among 600 iTop accesses at the ministry level and 5 reporting users in Toulouse.
