Arcure, an industrial safety company behind the Blaxtair perimeter protection system, needed a way to collect and make sense of machine data for its Blaxtair Connect project. The team had data collection in place but lacked the data visualization expertise to turn it into useful dashboards for clients and internal teams. Arcure chose DigDash Enterprise to meet these BI and dashboarding needs.

With DigDash, Arcure built dynamic dashboards that combine images, maps, and graphs to track fleet activity, detection rates, predictive maintenance signals, stopped machines, and safety KPIs such as accidents avoided and near-accidents. The solution was customized to Arcure’s requirements, was well received by both internal after-sales teams and clients, and helped speed up issue reporting and site monitoring. Arcure had already deployed the platform at a pilot site, planned two more sites by year-end, and aimed to roll it out to around a hundred additional sites in 2021.
