Facilitating Project Monitoring Thanks to Data Visualization

Agirc-Arrco, the supplementary pension scheme for private sector employees, needed a better way to monitor its cross-organization projects and share information internally during a broader digital transformation. To improve visibility across the project value chain and centralize project information, the federation turned to DigDash Enterprise for data visualization and project monitoring.

DigDash implemented a fully customizable dashboard platform embedded in Agirc-Arrco’s intranet and internal social network, allowing teams to update project records easily and view them in visual or PPT format. The solution was deployed in about six months and is now used to track around 50 projects updated quarterly, with about 60 project leaders and managers contributing and nearly 2,400 people able to consult the records.
