The Departmental Council of the Yvelines’ Directorate for Buildings needed a better way to produce reliable dashboards and indicators, respond to more frequent cross-analysis requests, and support a broader BI strategy. To address these needs, the council chose DigDash Enterprise, which let business teams build dashboards more independently while the IT department worked on a BI data warehouse.

DigDash implemented an agile dashboard solution that helped improve reporting, automate balance sheets and reports that had previously been created in Excel, and strengthen data entry into the heritage information system. The deployment was fast, with the first dashboards delivered in six months and the first report to management in one year, and adoption grew from 30 users in 2017 to 120 users today. The Departmental Council of the Yvelines also praised DigDash for responsive support and its ability to scale across departments.
