Delta Plus Group, a PPE specialist operating in around 40 countries, needed a better way to manage financial and operational KPIs as its business grew and its existing tools and Excel-based reporting became too slow and inconsistent. The company had trouble getting reliable, real-time figures across teams and subsidiaries, and its earlier BI setup could not handle queries efficiently.

DigDash provided an agile dashboard and BI solution that replaced the old system and let Delta Plus analyze large volumes of data much faster, including around 18 million records and nearly 200 variables per record. With DigDash, more than 250 users now monitor metrics such as turnover, margin, orders, stocks, and purchases, while the company has gained faster reporting, more consistent numbers, and better visibility across its international operations.
