Caceis Bank, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole serving institutional investors, needed a secure customer extranet portal and a better way to deliver consolidated financial dashboards. It also wanted to replace a slow, complex in-house analytics approach with a more performant data visualization platform, and selected DigDash Enterprise to meet those needs.

DigDash implemented DigDash Enterprise on Caceis’s infrastructure, integrated with a data lake architecture and secured with SSO for customer access. The solution was deployed in 2019, with the first dashboard going live between April and July, and Caceis now uses 2 operational dashboards plus 5 newly developed ones for more than 300 internal and external users, with a long-term target of 3,000 users. The bank says DigDash improved dashboard performance, user management, and responsiveness, while keeping implementation costs lower and enabling its team to build dashboards independently.
