Case Study: MDPH improves disability case management with DigDash

A DigDash Case Study

Preview of the MDPH Case Study

A management tool to better support people with disabilities

MDPH, the Departmental Home for Persons with Disabilities in Réunion, needed a better way to manage a rapidly growing volume of disability assessment requests and gain visibility into its activity. With no clear data view, teams struggled to set objectives, anticipate workload, and track key performance indicators efficiently, so they turned to DigDash and its dashboard solution.

DigDash, implemented with integrator SAGIS, provided an intuitive and compatible activity management tool connected to their existing Business Objects extraction setup. The solution enabled interactive filters, daily data updates, drill-down analysis, and comparable case sampling, helping staff manage 22,000 people and more than 70,000 requests each year. The tool was quickly adopted, improved decision-making across roles, and was viewed as one of the most impactful projects in MDPH’s history.
