Hiperbaric, a Spain-based manufacturer of high pressure processing equipment for the food production industry, needed a more robust content solution to support its growing installed base. The company wanted customers and internal staff to have easier access to spare part information, service bulletins, manuals, and other technical documentation, while also supporting faster and more accurate after-sales service. Digabit, Inc. implemented Documoto with integrations to Hiperbaric’s SAP ERP system and product data sources so parts information, pricing, and stock availability could be updated in real time. Within six months, Hiperbaric reported 10-25% gains in efficiency across aftermarket sales and service processes, including reduced support desk time spent identifying parts and verifying orders and less time for service technicians searching technical information. The company also increased the number of machines supported per help desk employee from 20 to 25, with a projected rise to 30, and moved more annual orders through Documoto, from 4k current orders to a projected 18k.
