The customer, an alcoholic beverage retailer, wanted to better understand the shopper experience in its Canadian stores to identify pain points and explore new services. They partnered with vendor Dig Insights to conduct a Shopper Journey Mapping Study to update their knowledge and ultimately drive sales growth.

Dig Insights implemented a two-phase solution using qualitative mobile shop-alongs and deep-dive interviews, followed by quantitative validation to size the key findings. This process identified clear pain points and optimization opportunities for the retailer. As a result, the client is now using these insights from Dig Insights to refine its marketing strategy and grow the brand.
