The global restaurant, a major global restaurant chain, worked with vendor Dig Insights to optimize its mobile app offers portfolio. The challenge was to determine which offers resonated best with customers, identify the optimal number to present, and find the best combinations to maximize audience reach and revenue.

Dig Insights used its Upsiide platform to test approximately 100 different offer messages. They then performed a TURF analysis and built a custom simulator to identify the optimal portfolio of offers, balancing reach, visit incrementality, and dollar value. The result was a refined list of mobile offers and a clear strategic understanding that allowed the client to plan its offer schedule for the upcoming year.
