Jyske Bank, part of the Bankdata group of 11 Danish banks, needed to reduce the time Bankdata staff spent managing a complex ATM and self-service device network so they could focus more on strategic IT advisory and new solutions. The bank also wanted to improve ATM uptime and simplify day-to-day operations across multiple vendors and service parties, so it turned to Diebold Nixdorf for managed services support.
Diebold Nixdorf implemented a broad managed services partnership with enhanced ATM monitoring tools, robust service infrastructure, knowledgeable technicians, and newly automated processes to streamline cash management, maintenance, and SLAs. As a result, Bankdata’s teams were refocused on developing new functionality, service response and network visibility improved, and ATM availability is expected to rise from 98% to 98.5%.
