Case Study: SSB Community Bank transforms its main branch with Diebold Nixdorf

A Diebold Nixdorf Case Study

Preview of the SSB Community Bank Case Study

A New Main Branch Comes To Life Through Collaborative Design & Build Process

SSB Community Bank, a Strasburg, Ohio-based community bank founded in 1924, needed to plan for long-term growth while keeping its small-town, community-first feel. As the bank expanded, it faced the challenge of designing a new main branch with more space, modern amenities, and approval from the village, and it worked with Diebold Nixdorf and its Product Application Services (PAS) team, along with an architect and design firm, to shape the vision.

Diebold Nixdorf’s PAS team performed a site survey, created design layouts, and provided lifelike renderings throughout the collaborative design and construction process, while also supporting the installation of a CS7780 ATM with Agilis terminal application software. The new branch was completed on time and on budget, and the modern open layout improved customer service, encouraged relationship building, and added new self-service options for consumers.
