SNCF Connect & Tech, the digital mobility subsidiary of SNCF, needed a more reliable, privacy-conscious way to collect and activate data across web and mobile channels as third-party cookies faded and consent, consistency, and performance requirements increased. Working with Didomi and its Consent Management Platform (CMP), the company set out to build a server-to-server architecture that would support more responsible data collection while improving agility and cross-channel governance.

The result was a more robust architecture, faster time-to-market, and much more consistent data: SNCF Connect & Tech reports that discrepancies between its CRM base and analytics fell from 20% to less than 2%, while teams gained more autonomy to launch features and updates more quickly.
