Gaming1, a major player in technology and entertainment across casino, sports betting, and poker, needed to protect player personal data across 14 websites serving more than four markets and around five million monthly users. As a highly regulated business in Belgium and beyond, the company had to quickly implement a compliant consent solution that supported GDPR requirements and aligned with its player-protection commitments. Gaming1 worked with Didomi and its Consent Management Platform (CMP) to address this challenge.

Didomi deployed a customizable CMP across Gaming1’s sites, using pop-up consent banners with mandatory user responses, tailored messaging, device-specific displays, and branding adapted to each website via CSS and JSON configuration. The result was stronger transparency and easier access to partner and purpose information for users, along with consent rates above the market average in the Belgian and Netherlands markets. Gaming1 also praised Didomi’s ease of use, fast support, and ongoing follow-up.
