Diconium was engaged by a leading global automobile manufacturer to rapidly develop and optimize a subscription-based service. The challenge was to create three mobile applications and a unified backend from scratch in an extremely short timeframe of less than four days, while also managing a cross-functional, international team and meeting over 20 stringent quality and compliance criteria.

To solve this, Diconium built a robust solution using a Spring Boot backend, developed native Android, iOS, and Android Auto applications, and utilized Firebase and PostgreSQL on AWS. This ensured seamless data orchestration and a consistent user experience across all platforms. Diconium successfully delivered the project on time, meeting 100% of the mandatory criteria and over 90% of the bonus requirements, establishing a future-proof foundation for the client's service.
