UNIQA doubles customer requests with Diceus

Uniqa, a leading insurance company in Ukraine, faced a challenge with its existing mobile app as customers were dissatisfied and avoided using it, preferring to call the center instead. They partnered with vendor Diceus for a discovery phase and mobile app development service to understand the issues and double customer requests via the app while decreasing call center overload.

Diceus conducted extensive UX research, creating user personas and journey maps to develop a new app strategy and mock-ups. The proposed solution included features for buying insurance online, making doctor appointments, and a symptom checker. While the project is ongoing, the client was highly impressed with the depth of the analysis and the clear presentation of findings from Diceus.
