Raiffeisen Bank proves self-service terminal feasibility in 3 months with Diceus

Raiffeisen Bank, a major bank in Ukraine, wanted to transform its standard ATMs into advanced self-service terminals with functionalities similar to mobile banking, including capabilities for individual entrepreneurs. The bank engaged vendor Diceus to determine the feasibility of this idea and develop a proof of concept for the new terminal software.

Diceus successfully delivered a POC that included a formalized software architecture and a clickable UI/UX prototype. Their solution, built with Angular and Java, proved the technical feasibility of the concept without heavily interfering with the bank's existing private-cloud architecture. The key result was that Diceus validated the project's viability, providing Raiffeisen Bank with a clear path forward to gain a competitive edge.
