Diceus was engaged by a bank that lacked a unified approach to governing its BDW/BI/MIS data, making it difficult for employees to access accurate and secure reports. Diceus implemented a cloud-based Data Governance Framework using Python and Django. The solution included structured JSON report descriptions, a business glossary, ontological models, and Role-Based Access Control with data filtering. This allowed BI developers to build reports through a graphical interface without needing technical knowledge of the physical data structure, turning data into a strategic asset and strengthening decision-making across the bank.
