ABRE Puerto Rico is a social innovation project focused on making public data useful and accessible to citizens. Their challenge was to build a citizen engagement tool despite frequent blackouts, limited internet access, and a lack of consistently available data across over 1,100 public schools. They partnered with Dialogue Theory to create a bilingual, fast-loading website to address these issues.

Dialogue Theory designed a website featuring an interactive map that visualizes school performance data, allowing users to filter schools by grade level and performance score. The solution included individual school report cards with performance metrics. This led to significant results, including over 348,000 pageviews in the first quarter after launch, a 39% lift in traffic, and a 58% increase in engagement time on the projects map.
