Volt Delta Delivers Highly Integrated OASIS Contact Centre Solution Worldwide

Volt Delta International needed to deliver a modern IP-based contact center worldwide for customers that often lacked carrier-grade infrastructure, especially in telco environments. To overcome these constraints, Volt Delta built its OASIS contact center solution using Dialogic MSP 1010 Multi-Services Platform and Dialogic CSP 2090 Converged Services Platform, adding integrated switching, signaling, IVR, call recording, and CTI capabilities.

Dialogic helped Volt Delta create a flexible, carrier-class platform that supports SS7, ISDN, and SIP, enabling faster deployments and easier integration of new services. The solution was successfully rolled out in Europe, the United States, and the Caribbean, opened new markets for Volt Delta, and supported major wins such as TSTT’s replacement of its legacy platform with a modern SIP-based system on tight timelines.
