Vitec Group needed a simpler way to roll out Microsoft Lync Server 2010 across its global offices and support survivable branch connectivity without requiring specialized gateway expertise. Dialogic implemented the DMG4000 SBA at multiple Vitec locations, using its Windows-based interface and web wizard to speed configuration and troubleshooting. Vitec reported that deployments became easier and faster, with a fully operational SBA now achievable in less than a day, and the company has already installed units in the US and Germany with more planned worldwide; employees responded very favorably, and Vitec reported no outages so far.
