TKD Deploys Sophisticated Unified Messaging Service for Major Indonesian Mobile Operator

Trans Komunikasi Datanet (TKD) wanted to replace costly, fragmented carrier systems for voice mail, email, fax, SMS, conferencing, and related services with a unified messaging platform for a major Indonesian mobile operator. Working with Dialogic, TKD used the Dialogic IMG 1010 Integrated Media Gateway and Dialogic IP Media Server to build a scalable, modular architecture for its NG-VAS unified messaging solution.

Dialogic helped TKD deliver ten NG-VAS deployments across five cities by July 2007, giving the operator a reliable, more flexible service with a single interface for subscribers. The new system expanded capabilities beyond basic voice mail and improved service management efficiency, helping the operator increase subscriber loyalty and gain a competitive advantage.
