Sonorys Boccaccio Platform Powers Services for 700,000 YESSS! Customers in Austria

YESSS!, a discount MVNO launched in Austria in 2005, needed a fast-to-deploy service platform for prepaid charging, multilingual IVR recharge and tariff selection, SMS services, voicemail, and future scalability. Sonorys Technology GmbH, using Dialogic® CG Series Media Boards and Dialogic® TX Series SS7 Boards, had to deliver the solution in just three months while supporting rapid growth and changing service demands.

Sonorys Technology GmbH implemented the Sonorys Boccaccio Service Platform on Dialogic hardware to create a compact, reliable, and easily scalable system. Dialogic helped enable a successful launch on time, and the platform has since expanded to serve more than 700,000 customers, handle real-time prepaid charging and multiple self-service features, and support over 6,000 prepaid customers per day with no service downtime during maintenance.
