mCarbon Delivers Versatile Call Management Service for Major Carriers in India

mCarbon, a telecom value-added services provider in India, wanted to build a sophisticated call management application for carriers using its GreenRoom platform. The service needed to give users flexible control over incoming calls, including call routing, blacklisting unwanted callers, and support for voice, SMS, USSD, web, handset, and IVR access. mCarbon used Dialogic products, including HMP software and signaling components, to deliver the service.

Using Dialogic, mCarbon rapidly built and deployed the call management solution across major carrier networks in India. The service was launched successfully for one major provider, expanded to handle both landline and mobile calls, and later won a second carrier contract; response was strongly positive and the service was approved for broader public rollout.
