Interactive Media helped Notartel, which serves more than 4,500 Italian notaries, address the need for a reliable outbound notification system to deliver urgent alerts, maintenance reminders, and routine reports across multiple channels. The solution was built with Dialogic® CG Series Media Boards and Dialogic® TX Series SS7 Boards, supporting voice, SMS, fax, email, and multimedia notifications.

Interactive Media implemented its IM.MOS Outbound Notification Solution on Dialogic technology, enabling scheduled or event-driven messaging with high reliability and security from a separate data center. With Dialogic, Notartel gained flexible multichannel communications and improved resilience, while Interactive Media also began migrating the platform to Dialogic® PowerMedia™ Host Media Processing Software to further increase software-based efficiency.
