Dialogic helped Tech Data virtualize its fax and document-processing environment, enabling Fax over IP and more flexible recovery. The result was faster processing of faxed orders, fewer errors, higher uptime, and simpler administration, including a reduction in fax servers from 7 to 2 and the ability to recover systems in minutes. Tech Data also freed up IT resources, improved service levels, and created a more consolidated voice, fax, and data network.
