New Voice International AG, the Swiss developer behind the MobiCall solution, needed a reliable way to record and analyze telephone conversations for financial services, government, security, and other business-critical uses. Working with Dialogic and its high-impedance voice recording technology, the company addressed the growing need for call recording to support contracts, legal certainty, training, and quality assurance.
Dialogic helped New Voice International AG implement MobiCall call recording with searchable web-based playback, caller-data extraction, blacklist/whitelist filtering, and manipulation protection via encrypted checksums. The solution enabled inbound and outbound calls to be archived selectively, temporarily or permanently, and searched quickly by metadata; while the case study does not cite numerical gains, it reports flexible, platform-independent integration and improved recording, analysis, and compliance capabilities.
